Shipping policy
This Shipping & Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made through Good Bacteria Inc. (the “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By placing an order on our website, you (“Customer” or “you”) agree to the terms set forth below.
Shipping Policy
Order Processing:
All orders are processed and dispatched within two business days of the order being placed, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing times may be extended during periods of high order volume or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to become active.
Delivery Issues:
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our control. However, if your order is undelivered due to carrier error or is lost in transit, please contact us promptly at hello@itsgoodbacteria.com for assistance and upon verification, we will offer a replacement shipment or refund at no additional cost.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Modification or Cancellation Window:
Customers may request to modify or cancel an order within one hour of placing it. Requests must be submitted via email to hello@itsgoodbacteria.com within this timeframe.
Requests After One Hour:
After one hour has elapsed, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate modification or cancellation requests. However, once an order has entered processing or has shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible, and refunds are not guaranteed.
Refunds and Replacements
Damaged or Defective Products:
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or otherwise not as described, you may request a refund or replacement. We may request photographic evidence of the damage or defect to process your claim.
Undelivered Orders:
If your order fails to arrive, please contact us at hello@itsgoodbacteria.com. Upon verification, we will offer a replacement shipment or refund at no additional cost.
28-Day Money-Back Guarantee (first orders only)
We stand by the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your first order, you may request a full refund within twenty-eight days of the date of delivery. To initiate a refund under this guarantee, please contact us at hello@itsgoodbacteria.com with your order details. If you have ordered a 3- or 6-month bundle, we do ask that all unopened boxes be returned in order to process a refund. This guarantee applies only to first-time purchases and is limited to one refund per household.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds or returns, except as required by applicable law or under the conditions stated above. Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Items more than twenty-eight days after delivery. Replacement products issued under a prior refund or guarantee claim. Promotional or free items provided as part of a purchase. Please note that for health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of probiotic products unless there is a documented quality or safety issue.
