    Feel so much better!

    I got Good Bacteria because, even as a relatively in shape and healthy eater, my stomach always felt on the fritz. I’m just about two months into taking Good Bacteria and there’s a clear difference in how not just my stomach feels, but how healthy I feel and how healthy I’ve been.     I have struggled with IBS since I was a teenager and good bacteria has been the first thing to truly help relieve symptoms like bloating, gas and cramps I usually get after eating certain foods!     Noticing a difference within the first month

    I've been struggling with gut issues for what feels like most of my adult life. I've tried different ways of getting probiotics in (kombucha, pills, etc) and nothing really seemed to work. I found these and thought, "why not give it a try...my stomach issues can't get worse." I'm not even done with the first month yet but I already feel a noticeable difference!! Not much else has changed in my day-to-day life except adding these daily packets into my morning routine and I already feel less bloated and like my food is properly digesting each meal. I also feel considerably less brain fog than I have in the past! The rotating probiotics are such a unique concept and I'm looking forward to seeing more improvements :)
